It’s a well written and thought out book but it goes too far. I stopped reading after a character was forgiven for spousal abuse. I tried to watch the show and stopped after the rape of a child scene. Too much.

Still not sure how I feel about this one. The first half I really enjoyed! But as I got to the end it just got redundant for me. I feel like most of this book was nursing Jamie back to health versus actual plot. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Might read the second book, might not, we shall see!

Romances não são o meu género literário preferido, mas "Nas asas do tempo" retrata uma bela história de amor.

O livro tem altos e baixos (também é tão grande, que se pode dar ao luxo disso!), com momentos em que parece não sair do sítio, páginas e páginas com mais do mesmo, mas por outro lado tem passagens brilhantes!

Caracteriza muito bem os clãs escoceses das Terras Altas e tem personagens muito fortes: Claire, uma mulher corajosa, inteligente, apaixonada... e o grandalhão e tão doce Jamie...

Com algumas falhas ao longo da história, quem preferir este género literário, vai adorar! ;)
