Ok this one went so much faster than the first. The plot was moving, truths were being exposed. I loved it. Reading Blake’s books are like reading a treatise on philosophy with her unique world view. I am eagerly going to pick up book 3 and cruise through that now too.

While not quite as good as the first book in this series, The Atlas Paradox was still a fascinating read filled with confusing (in a good way) characters and questions of morality. It didn't keep my attention quite as much as The Atlas Six, but the last third of the book was so incredibly bonkers that I couldn't put it down. Nico remains my favorite of the six, but in a surprising turn of events Callum is not my least favorite anymore. Reina took over that spot; where at first she was charmingly obtuse and grouchy, in this book she was insufferably self centered and small minded (despite certain deistic theories). The whole Libby plot line was at times hard to follow but the pay off was... insane. All I want from the next book is for Gideon and Nico to finally have their full moment, please and thank you.
