My heart doesn't exactly break for characters that are wealthy and attend(ed) Country Day School, but I enjoyed this as a summer read.

Loved the dual stories. An easy read. No major shocks but a good story.

I liked the story and the ending more overall than the beginning.
Definitely felt like I wanted to shake the two girls at times.
Always fun reading about Paris though.
adventurous emotional inspiring medium-paced

It was too repetitive and the entire time I was waiting for something exciting to happen. It had a good premise and was well written but lackluster. At the end I wondered if anything actually happened. It should have been a short story that was instead drawn out into a long novel.

I received an ARC First Reads copy of the book & loved it. We are all searching to find the right place for ourselves in this life & the book touched on all of those emotions & the difficult decisions we must make to find our way. This is an excellent book!

Decent romance novel where the heroine falls in love with herself. I liked the grandma's story a lot more.
