Definitely helpful and it did spark some interesting thoughts. However, it's clearly written from a straight perspective vs a queer one and doesn't really go into how neurodivergence could affect attachment styles.

Worth reading, if you're motivated. The first half drags, feels like frontmatter. The second half discusses the HEARTS of secure polyamory and mentions RADAR, setting a high standard and providing some very confronting exercises that I intend to return to. "Polyamory is inherently insecure"
