Polysecure offers a thoughtful, in-depth look at how attachment theory applies to non-monogamous relationships. Jessica Fern does an excellent job of explaining the foundational concepts of attachment—secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized—and then builds on that to explore how these dynamics play out specifically in polyamorous settings.

What stood out to me most was how comprehensive and approachable the writing is. Fern doesn't just describe theory—she gives practical tools and strategies to help readers cultivate secure attachment, whether they're solo poly, in a long-term partnership, or exploring multiple connections. The book is affirming and inclusive, while still gently challenging assumptions and offering grounded ways to navigate jealousy, communication breakdowns, and emotional security.

If you're curious about the intersection of psychology and polyamory, or looking to strengthen emotional safety in your relationships, this is an insightful and empowering read.
