I wasted no time in reading this book since I've been itching to read when Christmas break officially started for me. This was one of my favorite series and it ended in exactly the way I was hoping: with a bang, literally and figuratively. I definitely recommend this series to anyone, especially those that are still trying to find their purpose in life, which doesn't necessarily mean just teenage girls.

I-I just can't believe its over.
Give me a moment...
I absolutely love the Gallagher girls series, like too much although I did not like I'd tell you I love you, but then I'd have to kill you...
Throughout the series, I've loved Zammie far too much, even getting to the point of getting annoyed at Bex due to the obvious flirting between her and Zachary but I was pretty dissapointed there was barely any Zammie there. I mean what?
Spoiler Were they just friends at the end? or like together?! I DON'T KNOW plus Cammie just going to study was a slight anti-climax.

But thankfully that short 'Gallagher wedding' story kinda cleared it up. Thank god!
Well, I love Ally Carter and I'll miss this series although Heist Society is pretty good but I'll miss Cammie and Zach and Liz although I took a dislike to Bex in the last two books.
I think this book seemed pretty rushed to be honest, while trying to shove everything in quickly as possible where in some places it needed to be much longer and explanatory.
Spoiler Especially when Cammie gets shot twice... Jeeze that bit needed to be a little longer
.
Overall I loved this book. Not as much as previous ones but I did nevertheless. I hope she does another one at some point where Cammie is all grown up or just more Zammie! We want to know what our favourite Gallagher girl has got up to!

This was a great end to the series. You know it was a great ending because you got answers, but you still wanted more. Even though you there was a chapter that was six weeks after the end of the story, you sat there thinking that she could continue the series. However you felt that the conclusion was fulfilling.

Bex is a great best friends, she does now Cammie better then Cammie knows Cammie. Zach can be the guy everyone wishes they have. Liz grows up and becomes a stronger person. Macey shows her soft spot for Preston. Cammie is just the amazing leader spy that she always was, however she was able to realize it now. I think all of the characters grow and learn about themselves in this book.

And Liz's speech brought a tear to my eye.

Actions filled with a great ending to an awesome series.

Satisfying ending to a fun YA series.

Rating: 3.5/5

**Spoilers for Book Five**

Ahh the end to a childhood series is always a heartbreaking thing. The Gallagher Girls series did not start out in the best fashion (in fact I thought the first book was terrible), but it really began to shine as the actual plot built up. These books will always strike me on the juvenile side of YA fiction, but they are so much fun to read. The are light, quick, cute, and full of action.

After the end of book five, I was very surprised. It was my favorite out of all of them, and I believe it had a bit of a darker vibe. Cammie struggling to regain her memory after torture was probably more intense than all of the book combined. I had pretty high expectations for book six, but it wasn't as much of a high hitter as I'd wanted it to be. The series took a couple of steps back in this book, but overall it was a satisfying end.

The plot was excitable, it took a few twists and turns. It showed us different sides of many characters that we previously knew, and it threw some revelations our way. Again, it wasn't as mature as I wanted it to be, after all that the girls have been though I wanted some more intensity, but it was still good.

The characters are all the same people, only this time they are seniors and need to figure out what they will be doing for the rest of their life. I enjoyed how Cammie has to find herself, and really figure out what she want to do. After all, training as a spy leaves you a surprisingly large number of options for the future. Bex, Liz, and Macey are all pretty much the same though. I didn't see too much character development, except maybe with Liz, (we learn some very interesting information about Ms. Sutton). Finally, there's Zach. Still cute and enigmatic as ever, and still grappling with his origins.

It wrapped up nicely, and there was a lot that went on, but it ended satisfactorily. I liked the flow of the books, and they are perfect to read when you want something light and easy. Since there isn't much dark content it makes them a little flat to read occasionally, but I would still recommend them.

Zach shines in this book — a great finale to a fantastic series. Beyond bonkers, love a world war 3 plot, especially with a 12 year old girl at the center.

SO GOOD!!!!!

All time fave series about spies. Love love love love love
