I loved the first book but this was a huge disappointment. Nothing excited happened and the main characters became annoying. DNFed at 70%

Going to take a break after this book and come back to this series I found myself having a hard time finishing it but over all I do like the characters

This book kind of felt like a mix of Lord of the rings/the hobbit and Acotar (in the absolute most incredible possible way!). I just literally ate it all up!!!! 😍
These books - THIS WHOLE SERIES - is exactly what I have been looking for. It has all the romantasy/fantasy elements I absolutely love and adore and I am just so happy and excited that I found these books 🥹🥹
I already LOVED the first book and gave it 5 stars but this one was even better!!!! 🥵
I am in love with Prisca and Lorian, they have easily become some of my new favourite romantasy characters 🥹❤️ Their chemistry, the tension and the spice are just insane! 💯🙌
The whole storyline is super addictive and I cannot wait to read book #3 now!
THE FREAKIN CLIFFHANGER OH MY--- I seriously need to move onto the next book immediately! 😱

Usually the second book in any series tends to be a bit dry and have a bit of a drag. But this book did so well in continuing the story, traveling, love interests, and challenges written in a way that was still captivating. I enjoyed reading this book a lot. I love Lorian and I love how Prisca has matured! I'm also glad for there being information provided of why Prisca is able to think like she is. Overall a very good book and definitely becoming a favorite mine. I hope the next 2 books are good 😁
