Except, those books are at least GOOD.
This is a DNF for me because it just plain sucks. There is no storyline. Chick wants her teacher, and I’m ASSUMING she gets him, and we get to read all about their sexual escapades. Uhhhh, I don’t mind smut IF THERE IS AN ACTUAL PLOT. Js.

Dnf at 12%. It was too fast paced and there was literally no depth. It was like watching two people be forced together rather than having a slow connection turn to something more. Also, it was just way too cringe.
I thought i would be weirded out by the plot but it was nicely written.

Ugh where do I begin? I thought I would really like this book. I finished it in like a day and a half and, at some point, it became more of a hate read than something truly enjoyable. Penny is INSUFFERABLE and the relationship between her and James has no steady foundation. I can't believe this is a series because they had so many misunderstandings in this ONE book, is it going to be another 3 books of "I like Professor Hunter", "Jk", "I LOVE Professor Hunter", "Jk he lied to me", "I love him but I won't tell him my real age and he can't be mad at me and if he does get mad at me then he's a jerk". The whiplash has me feeling not great things from this book.
