This is perhaps 4-5 pages of actually interesting connections between burnout and modern capitalist society, surrounded by a lot of ableist bullshit. There's a lot more page space dedicated to depression and ADHD than to burnout, but none of these terms actually defined, and I don't think you can assume we're all working from the same definition when you say things like "depression contains no negativity". There's also an out-of-the-blue claim that
"autistic savants" are machine-like
.

I'm trying to ignore how poorly the first chapter aged, since obviously the author could not predict a pandemic, but I still don't think you can say we don't live in an "immunological age" just because we're atagonistic to Self instead of Other. What a relief that autoimmunity doesn't exist, I guess! /s There are also some bizarrely basic factual errors - you can't say "running is not a different gait from walking" and "only human beings dance" just  because it's convenient to your argument, come on.
