Relatively interesting but very repetitive and I disagree with a lot of the points made. Especially the first chapter on which the author bases his arguments. Granted, the points he made aged poorly due to the global pandemic he couldn't have possibly predicted years prior, but I still think he is wrong in his claims about there not being any Otherness anymore. Yes, we are more familiar with different cultures and the like because of globalization, but that doesn't stop people from treating something that is different from they are used to as something foreign and a threat. And I still don't quite understand how an excess of positivity is related to psychological illnesses.
Another issue I had is that, in some cases, when quoting other people or talking about their work, there isn't always much of the author's commentary and/or opinion so some of the chapters came down to being more about other people's words than his own.
His train of thought makes sense and he builds up his arguments in a logical manner, but as they are, as I've mentioned, based on something that I think is simply untrue, I couldn't agree with him.

A robust phenomenon proving that the brevity is the soul of wit.
