I loved this book . I thought it was part of series but it is a standalone.

I enjoyed this book very much. I was interested in all of the characters and the writing made me feel as though I was right in the storm with them all. Recommend!

This book was incredibly tedious to finish - it was boring, very repetitive, and lacked any substance. There was no real conflict.

Interesting - had no idea this was part of a series. I may pick up the others, but I really really enjoyed (… feels like the wrong word but oh well) learning about Flagler and the veteran camps and the hurricane of 1935, all with some (slightly cliched) romance thrown in.

The story was a little generic, but interesting to learn about the Great Hurricane.

This book hooked me initially but then lagged a bit later in. It’s light and informative but not as good as the previous two books in the series. It’s got some romance and history but it’s quite cheesy and a bit cringy at times. I enjoyed the twists though and honestly
did not expect that to be Tom or that John was the brother

It’s short so a fun easy read but nothing all that exciting.
