Vay be,bir seri daha bitti.
Bu seriyi cidden çok sevdim,neredeyse tüm karakterlerine bayıldım.Luc,Archer ve Hunter'ın yan kitapları çıksa mutlaka okurum.Özellikle Hunter'ınki çok ilgimi çeker çünkü Luxenleri okuduktan sonra bir de Arumları okumayı çok isterim.
Kitap genelde plan yapma üzerine kuruluydu,harekete geçtikleri çok yer yoktu o yüzden aksiyonlu sahneler beklediğimden azdı.Beklediğimden sönük bir final kitabıydı,uzaylı istilası varken daha çok savaş olmasını beklerdim ben.Tam puan alacak bir kitap değildi bence ama yine de seriyi çok sevdiğim için kıyak geçtim sanırım :D Ayrıca keşke köken bebeğimizin bahsi daha çok geçseydi,neler yapabileceğini merak ediyordum :D

I love this series. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE OVER? WAAAH.
As much as I loved Opposition, it wasn't quite the ending I was hoping for. It was still amazing, and I loved every single page, but I just felt like the ending was a bit rushed. It was kind of like BAM, it's over. There wasn't as much of a build up as I was expecting, and I was left hanging a little bit, wanting more but not quite knowing how it could have been different. Nonetheless, Kat, Daemon and the entire crew will be severely missed, and I'll definitely be returning to this series in the future!

It's over. (Sad face) that was such a good series! I thoroughly enjoyed it!!! I can't believe that they fit a heart attack into the last like 10 pages. I loved the epilogue though. This book was so so good. I also love every single character. So much.
[3.5 Stars] it feels weird parting with this series I've been reading for the past 4 years. I'm going to miss it for sure.
I read the first 3 books in the series in 2014 and the read then again from Daemon's pov in Oblivion. So when I actually got to the 4th and 5th books in the series it was already embedded in my head as a trilogy.
The last 2 books were good but I just think this series will be the first three books for me. And I'm definitely going to revisit them again in the future.

Keeping up with the narration switching between Katy and Daemon was a smart choice. At the ending of the last book we see the Black triplets get sucked into the invading Alien's heads and go poof. With Daemon's first narrating chapter I wasn't sure what to make of him. Was he on the alien's side like Dee clearly was? Or were he and Dawson just pretending. It was harder and harder to decipher until oh wow, he's such a good actor and its amazing that Armentrout was able to get that across! Opposition was a really good ending to the Lux series, very action packed ; but Shadows was a bit disappointing to me, I don't care that much about Beth and Dawson, I would have prefer a short sequel following Archer and Dee's relationship.
I recommand this series if you love paranormal YA, the characters are very endearing and the story has some great action scenes ; but overall I much more prefer the series The Covenant and Titan from the same author.
4/5 stars for this book, and 3,5/5 stars for the series because I didn't really enjoy the 3rd and 4th books. I'm quite proud of myself, it's the second series I finished since the New Year !

3,5 stars actually. I give a high rating because it is the end of the series and I like it but there is something missing in the series as a whole. Maybe it's because I read Opposition some 6 months after I read the previous books but still...
I liked the first two but then I kept on reading because I wanted to see them happy and alive :D
