I freaking love a hockey romance. I just can't get enough of them. So when I found this Chirp audiobook deal it was just a given. I had to have it.
Natalie can't stand hockey players in general after her ex screwed her over. So whenever she sees Brody, college hockey player and future pro NHL player, his giving her crap drives her nuts. The two pick at each other constantly. Natalie tries to avoid him, but Brody loves being around her. Her giving him grief gets him like nothing else. When women come easily, a challenge and someone who isn't falling all over him is just what Brody wants. When an opportunity arises for him to pretend to be her boyfriend, he seizes it. The two strike an unlikely truce and wouldn't you know... Start to develop feelings.

This was enjoyable. I liked how Brody fell first. I wasn't keen on the "pigtail-pulling" portion of the story, but it worked. This a zero-angst read. There was a third-act breakup but I think it was resolved well and quickly.

It is true that the characters face no real drama.
The H is a man-whore (I really disliked that about him) for exemple: he has a system went having sex. Not more than 3 times with the same girl within 6 months otherwise the dimwit might think they are in a relationship... GR is not the place for a debate on teen representation of sexuality but but but !!!!
and he always had a soft spot for h. for 3 years. that's cute IMHO
She hates his guts, and well I had people that made me feel the same so I can relate haha
Once they are together they are perfect for each other... of course.
