A pretty good book. I read this because I've read Brad Meltzer's children's books and love them. I was curious about his work for adults. I like the plot very much. There were some good twists, and the ideas were original and fun. Like National Treasure meets Dan Brown or something. There were spots of writing that I didn't love, but overall a good read (no pun intended).

Good adventure story.
Well paced.
Decent character development.

While it dragged a little in parts, overall it’s a solid story that’s well written.

Interesting story of the historical National Treasure type with more suspense and less humor.

I really hate Beecher. I rooted for anyone who might kill him.

It's OK, but not worth reading. Better than Dan Brown.

I wasn't too keen on this book even though I'm a fan of conspiracy theories. Too many loose ends that were not resolved.

This book was so interesting. I love the history behind it and Beecher is a great character.

I just wanted it to keep going on and on!

Disappointing. I enjoy thrillers that are usually considered rubbish. This was just trash. Please do not waste your time. Stick to his TV show, Decoded.
