I was so eager for Brooke Montgomery's new small town romance series, Willow Branch Mountain! I love her novels and was excited to finally meet the Langston family. Take My Name was a good read, but I need to admit it wasn't as good as I expected. Everything felt a little bit too rushed between our MCs, Maisie and Warren. I sadly couldn't really believe the rekindling of their relationship as much as I wanted. Otherwise, I really liked Warren's members and their closeness. I enjoyed witnessing their banter and love. I'm so excited for what's next in the series. I know I'll appreciate these upcoming stories.

A new series, a small town with a second chance couple. Warren and Maisie, fell in love at 15, married, years later he refuses to sign the divorce papers.

A little like Sweet Home Alabama, but this story fell flat for me. I never connected with the characters, side characters who I hope get their own stories in the future, I found I liked more.

The blurb did pull me in, and I might continue the series. Although the book did not work for me, I hope it will work for others.

Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

Enjoyable, but started to loose its depth after some time.

Is it possible to love anyone more than Warren loves Maisie. My heart broke for him so many times. I wanted to hate her for what she did but I couldn't. Such an amazing read with love, laughter and an amazing family!

Brooke Montgomery, I hope you get all the blessings your heart desires. This book literally saved my month, on the very last day😂😂 I have been in my first slump in years and nothing was making me want to read more than a chapter or two at a time. Then I picked up Take you Mine. I had received an arc and should have read it a week earlier but you know, book slump. I didn’t want to put this down. I was so engaged with the story and loved Warren and Maisie. Warren is the epitome of book boyfriend. He is the sweetest, swooniest man alive(in fictionland) I love an MMC who decides “I’ve found my woman, no one else will do”.
This is my first Brooke Montgomery book but has piqued my interest in her other series, plus Silas and Posey. Just what did Silas do??

✨ARC Review✨
Another great read from Brooke!! I always enjoy reading her small town romances, and this is just another to add to that list. I was a bit hesitant about this one after reading the content warning, but was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed it. Warren and Maisie’s second chance romance was so much fun to read, and I loved getting to see that Warren never stopped loving her! I can also already tell I’m going to love the other books in this series if they involve all of the siblings. Thanks so much to Brooke and Ember Literary PR for the ARC!

OMG!!

I knew from the blurb this was going to be another binge worthy book and it definitely didn't disappoint!
This gives the perfect mix between Sweet Home Alabama & the Notebook vibes. If those two icon movies could come together to make a baby this would be that baby.

This book gives slow burn with a sh*t ton of tension and angst and LORDT when the spice hits -- it'll have you sweatin'.
Warren knew down to the marrow of his bones that his wife was the only woman for him so there was absolutely no way was he signing her divorce papers and boy oh boy did it do everything to avoid letting her go.

And Ms Maise... I have yet to find a BM main character I haven't liked/loved so I was worried with miss ma'am here. She was doing everything she could to leave behind her life with Warren and move on but hello she was still married and didnt tell the other guy. This threw me and I wasnt sure how it was going to play out.

I knew based on how Warren was with her she wasnt going back to that new life and I LOVED watching how this all unfolded
