Ah, this was such a cute and fun book to read! It’s super cheesy, but I was giggling and kicking my feet. A great read if you’re a hopeless romantic - very G rated!

I genuinely loved the connection and language between Rooney and Jack. I instantly felt the spark between the two characters and was so excited to see how their story would unravel. Their opposite take on life, fate, and love is what actually drew them together. They were each other’s missing puzzle piece. Ha -super corny I know, but I’m still smiling about their first encounter with each other.

I would say it was a semi slow build up, but not too slow to where you’d lose interest (for me at least). There is great character development that occurred naturally for both characters. The ending was so heartwarming and super cute.

This book was written for my sister but it’s charming and damn it if it isn’t worth the hope of believing in a red string of fate.

Well written, likable and realistic characters. I really enjoyed getting to know everyone and I especially loved the sneak peak back into Lunar Love. The Chinese folklore was fun as well. What threw me was that boom all of the sudden we're in love. Maybe I needed more steam??
