It just felt like a typical girl moves back to hometown because something happened to her in a big city so in that small town she meets a guy that doesn’t like her at first but then they fall in love. Is there a word for that? Lol
Cute!!! Enjoyable!!! Nothing new, but well written and likeable. It was giving Schitt’s Creek meets a Hallmark Christmas movie rom com. You know exactly what’s going to happen, but the characters are quippy and grow a lot. I also liked that the sister was there in the small town with the main character, and she was super down to earth and loving. The climax fight is a bit ridiculous and I definitely think the dude was acting stupid but… I guess it all worked out in the end.
I absolutely adored Piper, especially her character growth which was so heartwarming to read about. The romance was adorable, fast paced, chaotic and just perfection. Fabulous book.

Picked this up as a quick and easy read to get a bit of momentum but god was it hard to read. Awful.
