I liked this one. For my own reasons, there were parts that I had to skim through, but I never felt like I was missing information or got lost from doing that.
I still really like all of these characters, I love how they're all kind of similar in ways but still very unique.

I liked this book. The epilogues were especially a good ending to this trilogy. This had spice, some action, a crazy raccoon, funny banter, and there were some interconnected moments from the last two books.

I think this may actually be my favourite book of the trilogy. It had enough of a plot that it felt like it wasn't just vibes and I really really liked both of the main characters and the relationship between them.
It was possibly the least murdery book in the series but it still manages to have plenty of bizarre and wacky escapades.
What I've also loved is how the three books overlap with each other. It feels like you could read all of them at the same time and it'd be one joined up story.
As always there is a lot of mayhem and some rather violent and slightly gross scenes but there's a lot of humour too. I especially loved the crochet club meeting and the epilogue (both of which I seem to have listened to halfway up the same hill) which had me laughing out loud.
I'm a little sad it's over but it seems from the second epilogue that there may be some kind of continuation. I can't wait.

at first i found this book quite hard to read—as in i thought it was a little slow, but that’s just because the other books in this series started action packed. but his book just got better and better as i read on, to the point i didn’t even want to put it down. I loved the tarot deck, the significance and foreshadowing of the cards- it really resonated with me, more than the other books have. the incorporation of divinity and magic-circus etc. with more empirical methods- fionn being a doctor. then being open to darkness and everything in between. the mutual yearning and pining but not telling eachother. roses second injury, the whole ordeal, heart breaking love confessions made me cry so bad. THE THREE CARDS IN THE CAR, THE LOVERS CARD IN THE HOSPITAL. and when i thought i couldn’t cry more?? fionns letters and roses unsent ones broke me. and then he got her heart rhythm tattood?? brynne weaver you’re killing me. i loved the heo, because all the characters deserve it, but the epilogue was interesting? why was autumn mentioned..
2.5, rounded up
Overall, I enjoyed the series. It was fun and I thought it was pretty unique. But out of the three books, this one was my least favorite. It unfortunately fell felt for me. If there’s one thing I dislike in books, it’s time jumps. They have to actually make sense for the sake of the story…these didn’t. I didn’t care for the characters. 300+ pages later and I have no idea who these characters actually are. It feels like Rose has this whole backstory that was never explored, which is really frustrating. I just didn’t connect with either of them. I also didn’t feel like they had any chemistry. AND Rose’s killing sprees made zero sense. This girl had a broken leg at one point and I’m supposed to believe she was out here doing all that? Yeah no. I was bored for the majority of this
