It's a must read for a company owner or future company owner and helpful for individual that's a bit messy.
If you can get past the cover, the first chapter which is still trying to convince you to buy the book, and the fact that this was written for a pre/early computer world, you find some really helpful ideas and tools to get organized. If.

Loved it but am challenged with actually making it work!
David Allen is a master of using many words to say nothing. I thought with how beloved this book is in productivity spaces, it would have better advice than write things down in lists and make sure they match your values.
Cherry-picked my way through. Not exactly life changing but there is still good stuff in here regarding mindfulness and tackling your to-do lists.

Good advise but actually reading through it can be such a slog. It's like the book is designed to distract you and make the mind wander to all the things I could be working on instead of reading. Plus a few chapters don't say much of anything and I kept rereading thinking I got distracted just to find it was just filler instead.
It got quite repetitive but maybe that's what people need in order to truly change their organizing methods.
