I've been looking for a way to try and organize and process the huge amount of stuff that keeps coming my way, often fast and furious. The guidelines and processes set up in this book resonated with me and made a lot of sense.
I've already started adopting most of it and can already feel the change... getting more productive and my stress levels have gone down significantly.

After reading PARA related books by Tiago Forte, this book feels too convoluted and theoretical. It also feels a bit outdated. Good concepts, but they're drowned out by theory and fluff.
I read the whole thing, but it felt like Groundhog day. Useful tips, and God knows I can use the idea of being more productive and not feeling insane by dozens/hundreds of undone tasks. I'll incorporate a few of the techniques.
In general I think he could have fit this into 40 pages (not 200), and he comes off as a little (a lot) preachy.

This is a book that I will keep coming back to. It helped me to get a grip in my tasks and explore different ways to keep a grip on them.
