Love! I appreciate how she really put everything out there in the open-bad and good.
I can’t explain how listening to this impacted me. I grew up watching iCarly and loving how Jennette brought Sam to life but as a kid i didn’t see that she was just a great actress, she was fooling everything.

Honestly loved this book more than I ever thought I would. It was engaging from beginning to end.

Jennette McCurdy knows how to hook, line, and stinker her audience. Every chapter opens in unique, round-a-bout ways. No way is she telling you the story of her life in a stale biographical manner. She is capturing the trauma, tension, and excitement in highly creative ways that made me forget I was reading nonfiction. The ending could have used the same pomp and circumstance the rest of the book received.

Amazing memoir, well written, easy to digest. Emotional roller coaster but found myself cheering for Jennette throughout when she was getting herself back.
