This is the fourth book in the Meant for Series, and I am loving it so far! Out of all the thousands of family members, these two are two of my favorites (except for Uncle Max and Matthew). There were so many heartfelt and romantic moments that made this book hard to put down.

Zara is already having second thoughts about her impending marriage, so when she goes dress shopping, the last thing she expects to find at home is her fiancé in bed with someone else. Needing to get away, she heads to the South for a little escape to get her life back on track.

Gabriel is happy with his life—he has his bar, and most importantly, he has his son Colson. But everything changes when he sees Zara for the first time. Their connection is so strong that what was supposed to be a one-night drink ends up thankfully changing their lives—and mine—forever!

I knew from the moment Gabriel said he woke up in the bar naked, looking for Zara, that I was locked in! I love a good whirlwind romance, and this one is at the top of my list. During their two-week fling, they made me fall in love with them. Gabriel was so kind and patient with Zara, and Zara really needed to fall back in love with herself—and she did just that. Some of my favorite parts were when they showed up for each other after Zara returned home. And how Gabriel found out about the baby was unexpected!

Now, I do feel like this whole story was one big miscommunication. I was literally rubbing my temples and yelling at them to contact each other! When Colson noticed how sad Gabriel was and told him to bring Zara home, I nearly cried!

Overall, I devoured this book. I love the grown-up Zoe and Zara so much; those women are truly terrifying and take no nonsense. Lastly, I love this author’s writing style so much and can’t wait to see what comes next. But in the meantime, I’m going back and reading the Hollywood Royalty series!

In Meant for Gabriel (Meant For #4) by Natasha Madison, Zara has a one-night stand that turns to more with small-town bartender Gabriel, resulting in a surprise pregnancy. They meet while she is vacationing at the country home of Sofia (her brother’s wife) after Zara finds out her fiancé is cheating on her the day she tries on wedding dresses.

Because Zara and Gabriel simultaneously have amazing chemistry and are completely adorable, and their families are so chaotic and hilarious, Meant for Gabriel is my favorite in the series. I love Madison’s down-to-earth, lively writing and storytelling style featuring vibrant descriptions and world-building that uses the characters’ senses to make you feel present in each scene/moment. Her colorful, hilarious, natural-sounding dialogue suits her storytelling, themes, and characters. Madison deftly develops her complex, authentic, likable, relatable, and fallible characters through their animated interactions. She drew me into the characters’ lives and world from the opening scene and I couldn’t stop reading, especially when city girl Zara and cowboy Gabriel meet, because from that moment on you know their lives will never be the same.

Gabriel and Zara’s chemistry and intense attraction is mutual and fiery. I love them both. Zara is sweet, funny, kind, generous, and gorgeous, but not much of a risk taker—until she lays eyes on Gabriel. He’s the most handsome man she’s ever seen, and she cannot resist him. Single dad, bar owner, and bartender, Gabriel is cocky, patient, sexy, and kind. He’s protective of Zara, respects her, and treats her amazingly. They had me giggling at how adorably cute and sweet they were together—and swooning too because they were sexy and romantic AF as well. Madison wrote the perfect combination of steamy AF, sweet, sexy, emotional, banter, snark, and humor-filled interactions and intimate/love scenes for them. I cannot with the cuteness of their scenes, which get better as they grow closer, and fall in love. Their love scenes are sexy, steamy, and seriously hot, but also funny and sweet, too.

Madison transitions their one-night stand to two weeks, to full-blown love, even though Zara and Gabriel don’t realize it until they’re too deep in it to walk away. Although, they try to go back to their normal lives as agreed. I love how Madison integrates the intensity of their connection and depth of their need for one another into their dialogue and scenes—in and out of bed—but especially in their love scenes. She excellently explores and portrays how they match and balance each other. Gabriel sees Zara as the sweet, passionate, beautiful, generous, and caring woman she is, and he makes her feel seen and desired as she’s never experienced in a way that is empowering for her after her experience with her selfish, jerk of an ex.

I love the family interactions between Zara and her family, Gabriel and his, and both families combined. They are humorous, entertaining, and unbelievably boisterous. It’s so relatable how nosy they are, like to interfere, and react when they find out what’s going on in Gabriel and Zara’s life after other family members.

Perhaps one of the novel’s most unexpected and best parts is how mature and functional Gabriel’s relationship with his ex is. They act like mature grownups, put their son and his needs first, and treat each other with respect. Most importantly, they never use him as a weapon against the other.

Sweet, steamy, funny, sexy, cute, emotional, and romantic, Meant for Gabriel is a fast-paced read perfect for fans of one-night stand to more, small-town, single dad, surprise baby, opposites attract, vacation fling, different worlds, city girl/cowboy romances.

Thanks to Natasha Madison and The Author Agency for the ARC.

Meant for Gabriel is the fourth book in the Meant for Series and they are only getting better! I have read this entire series to date and WOW Natasha Madison can write a romance book.
This book has some of my FAV tropes accidental pregnancy/secret baby, cowboy small town romance and single dad romance.

Zara is the city girl who runs away to a small town after finding her fiance of three years in bed with his coworker. Even though she was only there for a few weeks she fell in love with the land making her question whether she truly belongs in the city anymore. On her first night there she meets Gabriel at a bar and has what was only supposed to be a one night stand. But fate played its cards and she ends up seeing him again and their one night stand turns into a vacation fling. Unexpecting to them both, they fall in love with each other but they know their time together is limited so neither said how they felt. 6 weeks later, when they are both miserable and missing each other but neither make the first move; fate rears its head again and giving Zara a huge curveball not only did her "Cowboy" come back to her but it happened right as she sees those bright pink lines.

Gabriel is the hunky small town cowboy who loves his family and is deemed the "horse whisperer". In the few weeks Zara was in his small town Gabriel showed her how she should be treated. That she was a queen and shouldnt be treated any different. And when they find out she is carrying his baby this man goes straight into full on dad mode. No matter the distance between them this man makes sure his presence is known in Zara's life and pregnancy.

Wow. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow. I did not think I could like a Natasha Madison couple more than Christopher Stone and Koda, but here we are with Gabriel and Zara. I lost track of the times I laughed out loud and ugly cried during this book. I don’t think I’m giving anything away when I say the chemistry between Zara and Gabriel is electric. Zara has been deeply hurt and has no intention of letting her heart be open, but along comes Gabriel wiggling his way in with his cowboy suaveness and determination.

Zara is strong, confident, and overall an independent woman. She falters some, but I think that’s understandable given what she goes through at the beginning of the book.

Gabriel is a hometown cowboy just working away and keeping up with his familial duties. All until Zara walks into his bar and the two become inseparable.

There are so many scenes I want to mention, but I feel like they would definitely be huge spoilers so I’ll keep my lips zipped. All that to say pick up this book immediately. Stop what you’re reading and pick it up. You’ll fly through it because you won’t want to put it down, but definitely don’t miss it.

This was a pretty good  mushier palette cleanser. I don't normally do the easy romance type, but I enjoyed this, and it was pretty well written.
