"Hoops Shorts" by Kennedy Ryan is a collection of short stories that revolve around the world of basketball. Each story delves into different aspects of the sport, from the intense rivalries on the court to the personal struggles and triumphs of the players off the court. Ryan's writing style captures the essence of the game and the emotions that come with it, making the reader feel deeply connected to the characters and their journeys. Overall, "Hoops Shorts" stories reminded me of the “Hook Shot” storyline. I did however found Quinn story very interesting and would had enjoyed reading her journey more.

⭐️ 5 "Decker" Stars ⭐️
I hadn’t had the chance to read Full-Court Press when it first released, but after reading the Hoops standalone novels I absolutely needed to know about Avery and Decker’s love story.
OMG! These two were so amazing! I loved every single instant of this read! From their first meeting to the still ever-present spark between them ten years later. They’re sexy but also share an emotional bond that is mesmerizing.
I swooned over Mack Decker. Seriously that man is more than meets the eyes. He’s never forgotten Avery after their confrontation in the locker room and he’s more than ever ready to show her he’s more than the cocky player he was back then. He’s so thoughtful and affectionate with her, but also has a dominant and attractive personality that hooked me in. Avery is a very dedicated woman with a vulnerability she tries to hide to others. Decker sees these cracks in her façade and want to help her.
Their connection is so tangible as much on the emotional side as for the physical aspect. They get steamy hot and share some powerfully passionate scenes that spellbound me.
I never came across a Kennedy Ryan book I didn’t truly fell in love with. Full-Court Press wasn’t different in the way she brought the feels to craft another little gem.

As always, Ms. Ryan has provided me with all the feels in this book. Warm and fuzzy, soft and goey feelings with this one. Derek and Avery are secondary characters in the 'Hoops' series and they are just perfect!

Avery and Decker are probably my favourite couple in this series! I wish they had a full novel and not just a novella. This was fine though but because it was a novella the plot was short and rushed and wished we got more time to develop their romance!

Surprise goodies!
It's all about the bonus material! I can't smile bigger. I'm so happy. I'm excited. I can't wait for the next leg of their journeys.
