3.75 stars. The book was such a good idea structured in the least effective execution ever! Why tempt me with a dating show and then start the main couple before the show even starts??? Ahhhh.
Reality TV is my jam! I watch so many shows and most of them are reality- some of my favorites including The Real Housewives Franchise, Love After Lockup, and Summer House. So, when I found out that this book would be about a reality TV show, I knew I had to read it!
Fizzy is a romance author who has hit a bit of a block (writer’s block is the worst!). Perhaps it’s because she can’t figure out her own romantic life and it’s hurting her writing career. So, when a hot British producer asks her to join The True Love Experiment she agrees… With some stipulations (mainly that the contestants of the show must have character arcs of heroes in romance novels). All’s well as the show begins but one thing is standing in her way of finding love on the show… And that’s the producer Connor. Can this “forbidden” love be her own true love? Or is she letting a fling get in the way of finding her HEA among the contestants?
Once again, Christina Lauren hits another book out of the park! This one is hilarious, swoon worthy, and original! I know readers are going to fall head over heels with this one!

Ok this one was so cute and way better than the first book in the series! Sometimes the author's word choice gives me the ick but overall this story was adorable
