Disappointing. I’ve enjoyed other Christina Lauren titles and really wanted a fun, light read. I just couldn’t get past Fizzy, trying to imagine why any of the other characters found her attractive and likable. She irritated the heck out of me, and (as another reviewer noted) needed to get past the “Hot DILF,” “Hot Lumberjack” and constant mention of dicks if she wanted to score any likability points. The story was indeed formulaic, which doesn’t bother me as much with romance novels, but everything else fell short. Great audiobook narration.

Fun book, good writing, a plotline I've read before, but still fun. The whole idea of a dating app based on DNA is a race baiting scam, but sure.
3.5⭐️. I liked this book a lot. I loved Fizzy in the Soulmate Equation and she was amazing with her super hot man in this book. This one was also a tad too long, anything over 330 page mark I tend to have a hard time with.. this was 400. Not terrible but still felt it could have been shorter. Also the ending was super predictable and far fetched to me, I still enjoyed reading it knowing what was going to happen. Overall super cute book. Winner from CL duo.
This had everything I look for in a romance! Compelling characters, relationship I root for, fun and steamy moments. The setting of the show was so cool and original, I loved it.

I honestly clashed with Fizzy's personality, but the story is very cute. I wanted more from the ending, and felt like I missed out on the fun, cute conversations I usually get with romance books, but I still had a good read.
