I really liked this book! I honestly liked it more than the first book in this duo. Some parts were a little slow but I liked the build up and the whole reality show aspect of it. Cute ending too:)

this was boring. only reason im not giving it a one star is because i liked the female lead.

who the hell puts cheating as a backstory in a ROMANCE novel? AND MAKES IT THE MAIN CONFLICT IN THE BOOK. we’re trying to escape here. that immediately killed my liking for the male lead. dont care if it was a past cheating thing, or that hes forgiven and has changed. terrible. i had high hopes for it since i loved the soulmate eqn.

This one is a blatant love letter to our genre. 
There be romance in these pages.

The dedication to the book says it all.
And what a wonderous love letter to romance.
This is one I plan to reread.
I laughed loads at the first half of the book and sighed lots in the last half.
Loved, loved, loved it.

Interesting reading it in 2025 when characters comment on Twitter. At least Instagram posts hold up better :)

Loved this book. I enjoyed this one even more than the soulmate equation. I love pretty much anything Christina Lauren puts out and this was no different. The friends to lovers development in this book was so good and swoony that it instantly became one of my favorites.

The beginning was kind of slow and could’ve been trimmed down. But I was completely invested in the romance, so I pushed through. The bonus content was also a bit lengthy and unnecessary, but I suppose that’s why they called it bonus.
