I loved the romance in this book and the sexual chemistry throughout. It was well written and really kept my attention through the whole book. I loved the pitfalls that they had to overcome and the progress they made together.

Best friends to lovers kind of story
"This is forever."
This is one of those times when I wish I had a guy best friend too so that we could then conveniently fall in love with each other. Sigh. Sucks to admit now that I went to an all-girls high school.
I was Kyler's best friend.
And because of that, he would never love me the way I loved him.
I was so excited that Frigid was finally released a few days ago but I had to wait until I finished reading This Man series. And boy did I need THIS!
Kyler and Sydney were best friends. Kyler was a man-whore and Sydney was the total opposite. She's been in love with him while he's been out screwing every girl in campus. They went on a trip and they got snowed in for a few days. ALONE. Guess what happens, yeah?
So it's basically your typical best friends-turned-lovers kind of story. VERY light reading. Well, OK not really, considering this book had a little bit of suspense thrown in the mix.
"Guys are totally stupid when it comes to unrequited love. We females pine away and keep our thighs closed for the most part when we love someone we can’t have. Guys swing their shit around at anything that has a hole, trying to forget the one they want."
I really had fun reading Frigid. As always, Jennifer Armentrout (of the Lux series) writing as J. Lynn was amazing in her storytelling. I practically finished this in one sitting! True, the suspense part of the book got me rolling my eyes a few times as it just felt too scripted but it didn't really matter that much to me in the end since I loved it anyway.
"How much snow are they calling for?"
"Somewhere between a lot and holy fuck."
The witty dialogue also kept me entertained and I wish all books were like this. It was just a good laugh.
"You're better than a one-night stand, Sydney. I can't do that do you. You deserve more."
Again, how I really wish I had a best friend who had a hot body like Kyler. Seriously, you can't blame Sydney for falling for such a fine specimen.
All those times I'd broken her heart, and she was still here.
She was still here.
And they lived happily ever after. My kind of book, really. :)

A bit overly dramatic at times but other wise good ! I was already looking forward to Andrea & Tanners story before I finished this book
A quick romance read that can easily be completed in a day. Lots of funny parts that had me laughing really loudly as I read :)
This was completely over the top and so cheesy and sweet and romantic that I still have the taste of sugar in my mouth. But it was still a pretty good read.
I always love JLA and her books .
I enjoyed this friends to lover book .

We walk – or shuffled along – about a yard and then I walked straight into a mailbox. I grunted. "Son of a bitch jumped right out in front of me!"
Kyler stopped, shaking his head. "You are a hazard to yourself right now."
"I'm fine." I waved him off, edging around the tricky inanimate object as I shot it a dark look. "I'm watching you."
Well okay. Alcohol as a ticket out of the friendzone isn't the most original thing but that was cute and I have a soft spot when it comes to "friends-to-lovers" stories..
