La Armentrout non delude mai ❤️ Ho adorato questo libro sin dalle prime righe. L'ho trovato ricco di suspense e di sentimento, in un susseguirsi di avvenimenti che mantengono vivo l'interesse del lettore fino all'ultima pagina. Consigliatissimo
I love this book! Some people may say it's unoriginal or uninspired or predictable. And it may be some of those things, but I still have a blast every time I read it!
I love the crazy sexual tension that brews between the two MC's. How she's hopelessly in love with him, and how he doesn't know how to deal with his feelings so he sleeps around.
Admittedly, the story is a bit convoluted at times and has a LOT of misunderstandings, but IMO those don't really take from how hooked you get to the story.
If for just that scene against the window (OMG!), this book is totally worth reading!

Jag verkligen avgudade dom två böckerna men jag tog aldrig riktigt tag i och läsa mer i just den genre. Men när jag såg att Armentrout hade gett ut en bok som var New Adult så var jag bara tvungen att läsa den.
Det är ingen hemlighet att jag älskar och avgudar Jennifer L. Armentrouts böcker. Jag har hittills läst 11(med den här boken inräknad) böcker/ noveller och jag har aldrig blivit besviken. Självklart blev jag inte besviken över den här boken, jag blev mer än imponerad! Kan nog till och med säga att den här boken är min favorit av alla jag har läst ifrån Armentrout, så bra tyckte jag den här boken är.
Jag bara älskar den här boken och kommer definitivt läsa mer New Adult böcker. Jag kommer också helt klart läsa om den här boken inom en väldig snar framtid. För när jag hade läst klart Frigid så ville jag bara läsa om den igen och det här inte hänt sedan jag läste [b:Hungerspelen: Trilogin|13541553|Hungerspelen Trilogin|Suzanne Collins|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1401027731l/13541553._SY75_.jpg|11349083] för första gången.
Jag älskar karakäterna så otroligt mycket även om jag kan tycka att Syd kan vara lite små jobbig vid sina ställen. Vad jag tycker om mest med den här boken är att man inte bara får från Syds POV utan man får från även läsa ifrån Kylers POV (inte lika mycket som ifrån Syds dock men jag tar det jag får). Jag vet inte vad det är men jag faller mer för killen om jag får reda på vad han tycker och tänker. Och på tal om att falla för en kille så föll jag så hårt för Kyler. Vilken kille, blir nästan lite små varm i kroppen bara att tänka på honom.
Blev dock väldigt förvånad över hur detaljerad sex scenerna var i den här boken. Oh my Kyler is quite the hottie.
I loved the friendship between our MCs Syd and Kyler. I'm a fan of books with couples who have a backstory to them instead of just the insta-love thing (although I like that too).
This was a steamy little NA novel that was filled with just enough suspense and sweetness to keep me from feeling anything but frigid. Total joy to read- Jennifer is great at writing humorous one liners and Frigid had a few zingers that had me laughing.

There aren't enough words to describe how much I loved this story. It's a typical girl loves boy unrequited love story but there is something about Kyler and Sydney that just drew me in and hooked me.
Sydney is shy and bookish. She's studying to become a psychologist and she's Kyler's best friend. Oh and she loves him.. Like stupid loves him, even though he has more hook-ups than humanly possible. I mean the boy doesn't even remember some of their names for goodness sake. She tries so hard to tamp her feelings down but when he does it right in front of her it kills her a little more each time.
Kyler would do anything for Sydney. She's his best friend and she always has been. He's her protector and he takes that job very seriously. He hates the new guy hanging out with their group because he says new guy eye fucks Sydney and its not cool. He knows that his man-whoring ways bothers Sydney but he just doesn't know how to stop.
Going to Kyler's families house at Snowshoe is a yearly tradition, this year though they end up stranded there by a huge snow storm. Then funny things start happening. Windows getting broken and wires on the generator are cut. Finally able to get out of the house, Kyler rides to the lodge on a snow mobile to see if they know when the roads are going to be open. What he comes back to is not the expected and its the start of a down hill slope for them emotionally.
I literally only put this book down to go to the bathroom and to get a snack. It sucked me in and wouldn't let go. I hope you go and see Kyler and Sydney work out a lifetime of friendship that could be a lifetime of love and happiness. I also can't wait to see what the companion book is about.. EEP!! It's too far away to wait!
