This could use another round of editing or three but still very enjoyable despite really not liking the pairings interactions so far, somehow. Honestly I have more negative things to say about it than positive but it was just such an easy and fun read at the end of the day and I will continue with the series.

I was recommended this as a lesbian light novel that was available in my language and that made me very curious, unfortunately, I did not enjoy this book.
I liked the world-building and how Rei took profit off it by being from the "future" since the only thing that changed in relation to our world was geography and magic also that one chapter in which Rei admits being a lesbian is pretty ok.
I however did not enjoy the rest, the main reason being that Rei's way of talking and flirting with Claire was way too intense and came off more to me as harassment, Sometimes even SA, Claire told her a lot of times she was STRAIGHT and did not enjoy her attempts and constant flirting with her.
I think the point I was madder at was when Rei becomes Claire's maid and helped her put her clothing on and, at least in my translation, she straight ( haha ) up said "with the way I was eyeing her it was definitely harassment" IF IT WAS THEN WHY DID YOU DO IT.
ALSO, Claire can't do anything about Rei, because Rei is powerful and knows everything that happened and is happening in this world Rei has so much leverage no one can go against her, for god's sake she blackmailed Claire's dad when he told her that she couldn't be Claire's maid because Claire didn't like her.
I found it funny how EVERY OTHER CHARACTER in this book had more charisma than Rei, The frickin main character. Claire was fun, she's a bully but when you have the flashback with young her and René you can sympathize with her, Mischa carried this book I laughed at every scene she was in, the princes are better than Rei in question that they don't try to flirt with her after knowing her sexuality and that she loves someone else ( which Rei doesn't do ) but despite that, they are kinda boring ( the 3rd prince and the church thing could have gotten more time ), even with the incest plot I liked René, she was bland but she was fun when she had to act as a mom to Claire ( even if she was barely older ). The other characters didn't show up a lot but I did enjoy them as well, the revolution thing occurred in a believable way and I wish they had focused on that more.
Even with all these interesting conflicts that were handled well in the book, the romance lacked a lot, I ended the book by hoping the prince gets with Claire and that is not a good sign, Rei is a very shallow character and I didn't like any scenes with her and Claire as the main focus.
I'm sorry for my bad grammar English is not my native language.

I enjoyed it but I fell like some things did not need to be in it like the incest it just doesn't really make any sense why it is in here. I also fell like the main character was little to pushy. I plan to listen to the next audio book and I do hope it's better than the first one. If not I probably will not continue the rest of the series.

I really enjoy a good LitRPG I've read a lot that are based on MMORPG's a few that were based on Civ type games but this one was the most unique that I've read so far. A LitRPG based on a dating sim, add to that the even the dating sim is turned on it's head as the player Rei isn't interested in the princes that the game offers up to her. I'll be reading more books in this series as soon as I can obtain them.
