Regardless of what I read during the next half of 2011, I promise you that Attachments will be in my top five at the end of the year. I will now read anything this woman puts out.

Lincoln takes a job with internet security at the office of a newspaper, which basically means it is his job to read the emails of employees and turn them in if inappropriate material is being passed through the office. He becomes increasingly fascinated with the exchanges between friends Beth and Jennifer, who gossip about relationships, the office, and even joke about internet security and who might be patrolling their messages. Well, it's Lincoln, and because he is so smitten with the two and is even developing a crush on Beth, he will never report them.

This book is smart, charming, witty, and so fun it cannot be passed up. This is the perfect travel book, pool book, or lying-in-bed-at-night book. I am recommending it to anyone that will listen to me.

Can this book BE any more adorable? I loved it from beginning to end. Finishing this book, I feel as though I just said farewell to close friends. Attachments is wonderful and I can't wait to read it again!

Sweet and creative story. I enjoyed the format more than I thought. The emails and the one-sided POV didn't get boring. I was invested how the story between Beth and Lincoln would end.

this is the cutest, creepiest, but loveliest story I've ever read.
