beautify written i’m really starting to appreciate the beauty of the way classics are written

the setting and writing style is so beautiful makes life feel romantized

the story has gothic and dark twists and it’s interesting to see the origins of genres i love

the story itself is well written and the complexity of hooror and sympathy u fell for the the monster is tragic the sections of isolation and confinement are heart breaking captures the human conditions of loneliness

my issue with classic is they take so long to get better

Best classic I've ever read, with very cool extras to understand more of the story and also to understand how important the book was. You really learned a lot of exciting things about Mary Shelly, about the time and also about the mother. Now to the story - it was great! It started out with a beautiful writing style that I really adored, but the story was just "good" to me. Nothing special. But it got better and better until I was really hooked on this book! I then had such a strong emotional attachment to this book and really began to love it. No classic book has evoked such feelings in me!

Check my blog for reviews and more.

I was positively surprised by this little book. My expectations were very different. Frankenstein is a story that I heard bits and pieces of around me, but never expected a story like this. My biggest surprise was that it was so easy to read. This is a perfect book for beginners of the classics. Overall a good story to read around Halloween.
