Loved the story (and the desi rep hehehe) but I feel like it ended a bit too abruptly?

Danika is a woman with layers and nothing about her is just as it seems. A dutiful niece who works at a gallery. A hacktivest who is working to take down her uncle. Nikhil is a leader of a street gang turned multi-billion dollar real estate mogul. Walking the fine line between legal society and the criminal underbelly. But he’s never forgotten where he’s come from and his white rabbit who always had his back. The little girl that always protected him and believed he was more. She’s definitely not a little girl any longer. And when it looks like Danika might be in danger from her uncle who has manipulated both their lives, Nik steps up to take his turn at doing the protecting.

This was my first Sienna Snow novel and it was amazing! Danika was just a wonderful heroine! Super smart, fearless, and loyal, Danika was comfortable with her body and sexuality and it was awesome to read! Nik was a great hero. Hot, alpha, and possessive, but not afraid of a strong woman and encouraging of it in both Danika as well as other women. It had a great, complex storyline and excellent side characters that were well developed. I can’t wait to read the next story in the series!

Dangerously addictive! I could not put this one down. I thoroughly enjoyed the complexity of the story and the strong, sassy and intelligent women. The chemistry between Dani and Nik is explosive which ignites yummy spice and the glimpses of his soft side that Dani brings out are swoon worthy.

It starts off slow but then each time they try to get together something stops them. MMC may be dangerous to the outside world but he's very soft with FMC. There wasn't any kink and it was very vanilla.
