If you are looking for a laugh out loud, happy read, then try this book! Andie was adorable; a "life plan" girl whose safe world is derailed by a gorgeous cowboy. She was so witty, I laughed constantly. Mack was the sexy, good guy cowboy I couldn't help but love. There was great chemistry with these two from the beginning. You will not be stressed, bored, or screaming after reading this book.

There is a HEA and NO CH. However, I really, really hope there is an additional story with Mack's brother, Ian.

Fav Quotes:

It was like the showdown at the OK Corral, only without guns and a lot more embarrassment.

"What I have going through my min is that I don't want this to end. There's something about you that's just lassoed my heart or my common sense or something and I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to get it back until you let it go."

I love a good waking up married in Vegas book, and this one also had a bit of a “sweet home Alabama” feel to it as well. I absolutely loved Mack. This man was so loyal and knew exactly what he wanted and was willing to do whatever it took to keep it.
This book had all the feels and I love a good grumpy farmer book boyfriend.

I loved this book.

Really good. Laughed out loud a lot. I also couldn't put it down. Would recommend, especially if you like romance and goofy humor.

Four shiny stars.

This book is quick witted, funny, and very cute. Andie is a perfectionist and lives her life by a life plan, or a series of goals and to-do lists. However, she doesn't take into account that while this plan looks perfect on paper, it doesn't mean happiness in the real world. Andie meets Mack in Vegas. One too many drinks later Andie is married in Vegas. But she is too drunk to remember. Two years later her life plan is perfect and she is getting married. There is just one little holdup, she's married to Mack already.
The book follows city girl Andie to the heart of the country to divorce the sex on a stick Mack. Unfortunately for Andie Mack doesn't want a divorce.
It's a very fun, light read. The chemistry between Mack and Andie is off the charts.

Really fun read, and I like her style.

Iako sam ocenila ovu knjigu sa 4 zvezdice, ide mi u favorite. ♥♥♥

Zbog nje, ovoj knjizi zasad dajem samo 4 zvezdice, jer me iznervirala do bola više puta.

So, yeah it’s a two, maybe 2.5 for me. I just thought the pacing was a little weird. And the story just didn’t feel natural to me. I’m not opposed to insta-love, but this just felt weird.

So Mack meets her, is immediately in love with her, then even though he’s not that drunk, impulsively marries her. Nothing up until this point has he seemed like the type of person to do that.

Then after 2 years of not seeing each other, he’s mad at her cause he thinks that she ditched him— which could’ve been resolved after one short talk. But he’s also not that mad at her cause he has sex with her in the shower. He forgives her in a second. But she still doesn’t want him for some reason even though she’s not gonna marry Bradley anymore??

I’m sorry, I just don’t follow.

There were parts I liked about this, but SO much I didn’t care for. I hate when books write in detail about shit I don’t care about. Expositional conversation with people who aren’t one of the MC’s is especially hard on my brain, and there’s a lot of that here. It’s a shame cause I remember really liking Don’t Make Me Beautiful by this author, so I thought I’d like this too. Maybe it was just the story that I liked, not the writing.

This book started off with a bang. I mean, Elle Casey manages to get you interested with the few lines of the synopis. The first characters you meet and dialogue you read are hilarious! The story doesn't disappoint-spilling a drink in a hot cowboy's lap leads to a forgotten Vegas marriage (is that really all it takes to hook a hot cowboy? Must investigate).

While it could have been an overused trope, the author manages to keep it fresh. I loved how Mack reacted when his absentee wife showed up suddenly wanting a divorce and how the entire family was.
Spoiler I just wish there had been more of 'them' once they were officially together. Would love another book, perhaps the brother will get a story!

Great read. It reminds me of a movie I'd see on Hallmark... only with sex.
