The way the book started off I wasn’t too sure I was going to like it. I felt like we got so much unnecessary information. Then we meet Nikolai and see their interactions with one another and I was hooked. Nikolai is that asshole, possessive hero that I just absolutely love. He will be such a jerk and then do something so sweet. The way he looked out for Sienna stole my freaking heart. You could tell once they started getting to know each other that he was an ass on the outside but deep down he would do anything for her. Sienna met a random guy who was flirting with her. When Nikolai noticed, he did a full blown background check on the guy 🤣 now THAT is the type of MMC I love to read about 👏🏻👏🏻 This book isn’t very smutty. There are a few steamy scenes but not too many. I honestly don’t think it needed that many if I’m being totally honest. I loved the added drama with her dad and at one point I had tears in my eyes. I’ll definitely be reading the next book in the series. There is NO cliffhanger with this one. The next book is one of her friends and its brothers best friend.
