This book was phenomenal and made me think in ways I hadn’t before. Really tried to implement some of the points from this but know I definitely missed so much more. Super helpful and insightful, and I will be reading it again.

Can’t even put into words why I’m lukewarm about this because I don’t even know. I think it’s because this book is so popular that I’ve heard everything in it through podcasts, interviews, etc. Also I feel like the type of person that picks up this book usually already has good habits in place. Thank god I’m done tho bc it was putting me in a hella of a reading slump.

An enjoyable read. This book had some great tips, but kind of repetitive from other self help books. There were some cool ways the author had me changing my perspective on bad habits and the parts on keeping motivation were very inspiring.

It also touched on how to keep your zen and not let other peoples' success weigh you down and stop pushing for your goal.
