I took my sweet time reading this, but honestly I’m glad I did? It became a habit in and of itself. I made sure I was genuinely digesting everything written and applying it to my own life; whether that be current habits or habits I want to implement. All in all I feel I got a lot from this, now hopefully I stick to future habits.

I don’t usually read a lot of nonfiction I thought this was a pretty informative book I liked the beginning and end as I feel those really got through to me on perspectives, tips and tricks, ect. Although there was a slight repetition and emphasis on what seemed like the same habit tip in the middle but overall was great and helpful
