Great read full of insights on how to change/develop habits. Lots of examples and easy to read.
The author gives a very practical way to use the book insights and implement new habits. He also gives access to lots of extra ressources outside the book.
However, the author background is very uncommon and that might have influenced his research into habits formation (not many of us are initially naturally very disciplined athletes like he was before getting injured). The part at the end about the importance of genetics in our ability to develop certain habits doesn't sound very scientically backed and is downright depressing: if we don't have the right genetic predisposition to develop certain habits then we are doomed? It was very at odds with the rest of the book.

Some excellent advice but a lot of filler.
