The writing is very cumbersome throughout this book. It also felt like it was a bunch of individual scenes strung together rather than a cohesive, compelling story.

I am so happy that Caleb ended up being okay and now he is a reaper! I also cannot wait to see what will happen with Vaughn since we know he’s alive - how will sage and him get back to each other?! And how is he still alive??? My other question I’m looking forward to for answers is what with the being in the mist tell her? Already on to the next one
