Declan is an asshole ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ also, i've seen a pattern in the epilogues xD if you've read it, you'll know what i'm talking about

Best Parts:
Spoiler
[1] Arial font <3 ~iykyk~
[2] Iris' mum and Nana <3
[3] Callahan (he's the best Kane brother, argue with the wall)
[4] their honeymoon <3 especially that leopard
[5] Rowan saying "It's nothing some good groveling can't fix," and probably having to explain the concept to Declan xD

Worst Parts:
Spoiler
[1] Seth FUCKING Kane (always makes it to the top 3 problems of this series as if his emotionally constipated sons weren't enough to fill the top 5)
[2] Declan verbally hurting Iris making her feel small when that's all she ever gets from the world and expects different from her husband (i reserved seats in hell after this- one for Declan, and one for me after i strangle him with his tie)

Favourite Quotes:
Spoiler
[1] Kissing her feels like I cheated my way into Heaven, and I plan on soaking up every second of it.
[2] "I miss you so damn much, I don't know what to do with myself. The house is too quiet and the bathroom is far too clean. Even pasta doesn't taste the same without you cooking it."
[3] "Ya'aburnee. As in you bury me. A rough translation for the way I want to leave this world before you because I can't imagine having to go through a single day without you in it."
[4] "I'll give you anything you want- anything at all- so long as you give me a change to make you as happy as you make me. A dog. A family. A home. I want it all. These are my terms and conditions, take it or elave it because I'm not open to negotiations."

Lauren Asher has quickly become one of my favorite authors. hands down.

She really knows how to write grumpy x sunshine novels and this one did not disappoint. Declan had me kicking my feet and gave me butterflies. Let's add in that it's a boss/assistant, marriage of convenience and its *chefs kiss*

There was not a single part of this book that didn’t make me feel all the feels.

Declan sending out a mass email and making it a point to have all emails written in a specific font because Iris is dyslexic and he read somewhere said font is easier for them to read. *screams into the void* my heart burst into a thousand tiny pieces because jesus that is so sweet and thoughtful. Is he a bit of an asshole? Yes, yes he is but underneath that tough exterior is a man that turns into silly putty anytime Iris even BREATHES in his direction.

Iris is a boss bitch and will always be that bitch. Period. She’s funny, sarcastic, and a total ball buster and that’s a woman after my heart. Her telling Declan she wanted a VERY specific dog as a pet and Declan searching far and wide for said dog. *dies* I need a moment.

This book is amazing and so entertaining. I also love the text message pages and the banter between all the characters. Its great. If you haven’t read this book already, please go read it now.
