"Is it really a Lie if someone is unwilling to see the Truth?"

Welcome to a new era in the endless woods: the Camelot Years! join Agatha, Tedros, and Sophie as the move beyond the school and into their own fairy tales in Quests for Glory! I am seriously loving this series - I think I need to re-read it with my boys! This is just The School For Good and Evil #4 its a brand new series! This is one of my favorite ones!

well, that was rude.

for the first time in four books, i'm mad–mad that i have to actually wait for the next book. goddamnit! this one ended in a freaking cliffhanger and, boy, was it good.

once again, we're back in the endless woods, but this time we get a glimpse of the world beyond the school for good and evil. we see the different kingdoms through the returning characters and some new additions' quests. there's a new foe, one i'd have to say is a much better villain than sophie and the school master. we delve a bit more into dot's history and the resulting relationship between the school and gavaldon. we see agatha and tedros' relationship struggle, learning again that getting to their happy endings are much easier than maintaining it–especially with war constantly on the horizon. we see hort and the coven again (my children!! aLL OF THEM!!!) and more secrets are revealed that are pretty wild. like, the way soman litters these foreshadows and hints are superb. and the meticulous details of the plot and the way he used the theme of truth versus lie, and how his characters bended them–well, let's just say, it was my favorite theme of them all.

wew. onto the next of the camelot years! i'm excited to see what's in store! especially with how this ended. for once, sophie's in the second slot for who i'm worried about most.

After several books focused mainly on Agatha and Sophie, I love seeing the other characters star in their own quests. The coven gets better every book!

The 4th book in the School for Good and Evil series. in this book, we see the characters unhappy with they new roles and with an unusual threat in the woods, the character have to work together to face the elusive enemy.
