This book was another amazing addition to the Puckboys Series, which I adored because Ayri & Vance were so adorable together & their chemistry was so amazing.
Ayri was such an adorable character & damn I was hooked on his character since the first chapter, his embarrassment & how shy he was towards Vance because he had a crush on him, were so delightful to read. Vance was another amazing character, I liked how much he cared for Ayri & wanted him to fully recover & how he couldn't control his feelings towards Ayri. I loved the moments when Ayri was a cheeky little shit and Vance would become shy & embarrassed in front of Ayri.
There were so many cute, funny & swoony moments in this book which I loved so much. Their chemistry was so damn amazing & also their sexual chemistry was hot

‘Clueless Puckboy’ is the fifth book in the Puckboy MM hockey series. This one was another cute romance between a hockey player and his team’s trainer.
Ayri Quinn is the Clueless Puckboy in question, yet his character is so adorable in his awkward shyness, it was endearing to read—especially because we’ve all been there! At times his awkwardness could be seen as cringy, however it was just him. From the awkward moments in the treatment room to the avoidance. I definitely enjoyed seeing Quinn fumble his words around Vance, it made for an entertaining read.
“You. I know you said it shouldn’t be another person, but I say fuck that. I want it to be you. I’m sure about you. We’re it, Vancelicious,… I have hockey, and I have you. And that’s all I need to be happy.”
The clear as day crush Quinn had on Vance was all but visible to everyone but him. But it wasn’t as one sided as Quinn believed. Vance had his own attraction to the hockey player, however he was able to stay professional. But when he overhears a conversation things change because now he knows Quinn feels the same.
So when Quinn reinjures himself he needs someone to care for him for a few days. Vance impulsively offers up his time to help Quinn. They end up spending time together, getting to know one another and the close proximity further ignites their attraction to the other.
I like how supportive Vance was of Quinn, especially when it came to the struggle his was having with his hockey games. Quinn lacked confidence in his own ability, yet Vance knew he was more than capable, he just needed to get out of his own head. Vance never gave up trying to find new ways for Quinn to distract himself or to help build up his confidence.
While this was a fun, cute read,—and I found Vance and Quinn’s relationship to be on the healthier side compared to others in the series—the characters didn’t overly standout to me which is the reason for the lower rating as at times i did get a bit bored with it.
3.5 stars… Quinn’s awkwardness was cute and funny at the beginning, but he bugged me when he treated Vance like crap and was fighting with him just for superstitious reasons. Be an adult, please!
i love them very much but they mentioned not liking/ having experience with "lady parts" several times and it caught me completely off guard each time so not sure i can ever reread that without dying of dysphoria 👍

This series never misses!!
I do think this is probably my least favorite in the series, but I still love it so much.
I really liked Quinn and loved how he could be so confident yet also so shy and awkward. He was such a cutie, and I'm happy we got to see his story!
Vance was sweet, but I feel like I didn't really know him that much.... He likes bridges and Quinn. That's it. I feel like that's all I know. I still liked him, but I didn't feel an attachment towards him that I did to the other Puckboy boyfriends.
I LOVE HOW MUCH ASHER WE GOT. ASHER BABY I LOVE YOU AND I MISSED YOU. And I love that we saw him acknowledge West and show he loves him. And so much Kole too! Honestly, they're not my favorite CU couple, but I still love them so much and I feel FED by how much content we got of them.
Not to mention we got a long and good cameo from Foster (and a smaller one from Zach), West, and all the Puckboys! Smaller cameos from Soren AND Jet (but being called Jay of course), a mention of Harley and Ollie!
I also love what we saw of Bilson (and the tiny mention of Miles and him being a frat bro *squeals*) and I can't wait for his story! Which I have an ARC of and will be immediately reading!
