For it to be the last book in the series, I felt it lacked something, or a lot, depending on how I look at it if I read it again.

The story started well, I laughed from the first chapter and that’s why I know the books by this author, Blair seemed to me an excellent protagonist and the other boys too, each one different but at the same time united by love towards Blair. The way the four of them end up together is comical but at the same time it feels like destiny.

Now when they are all together everything is fine but I didn’t feel much chemistry between one of the boys with the others, if they are friends and teammates… but I don’t know, I missed something with him and that made it feel a bit forced when they were all together, but of course one thing I will say is that Lauren knows how to write men given to their women and the way they encourage her to take revenge against the ex? let’s say all that is what I liked about the book (excluding what I already said)

It was an entertaining story, with the author’s characteristic humor and with good character development.

thanks to the author for the e-arc in exchange for my honest review.

I liked this one, the characters were great and the story was so sweet. I couldn't decide which guy I liked best because they were all awesome.
The audiobook was so good as usual.

This was such an easy lovely read. Briar works for the rival team, the three men and her end up having to share a cottage, and sexy shenanigans begin. They decide it’s only for the week but of course everyone's feelings are so great that they just want to spend all their time together. I love that the emotional connection broadens with their time away and that they just can't resist each other.

I'm always shocked how many books this author has written and hasn't gotten any better. I read a couple to give it a shot and decided I didn't need to read anymore. This one seemed good so I gave it a shot... remembered why I decided not to read this author anymore, my bad.

This is the first why choose romance I’ve ever read, and it had me blushing! Nothing about this story was realistic, but that’s the point. I really liked Briar’s character and her journey to being more confident. The audiobook is a full cast duet narration by Samantha Brentmoor, Jason Clarke, Connor Crais, and Teddy Hamilton. The cast was amazing and the bloopers at the end of the book had me laughing out loud!

Thank you to the author and Good Girls PR for providing me with a copy of this book and audiobook. This review is voluntary, and all opinions expressed are my own.

Well and Truly Pucked is Lauren Blakely’s fourth book in her MFM Hockey series.  Briar finds herself having a bad day and 3 gorgeous hockey stars come to help her rescue her cat. Gavin, Hollis, and Reese volunteer to let Briar share their cottage while showing her how a real boyfriend treats his girl. All four of them discover that they all enjoy spending intimate time together learning each other's likes in the bedroom. As always Lauren’s characters are fun, strong in character and beauty(inside and out).  I loved how in depth Lauren’s characters are in all her books.  Well and Truly Pucked is a bit different because the author had to focus on 4 main characters not 2.  I loved the banter between not only the guys but Briar and her guys.  FYI-NO swords cross in this love story of a yoga teacher and her 3 hockey stars. But, does Briar get her revenge on her ex?? Ya gotta read or listen to Well and Truly Pucked! Speaking of listening to Well and Truly Pucked, the audiobook is awesome!! This story is told with a full cast and in duet narration. Samantha Brentmoor is Briar, Connor Crais is Gavin, Teddy Hamilton is Hollis, and Jason Clarke is Reese who is British. Mmmm….yum British!! This is the first time I’ve heard Jason Clarke do a British accent.  He did a great job bringing Reese to life in my ears.  I’ve listened to all these narrators before.  As always they did a phenomenal job with each of their characters. I truly enjoyed the story and the performances by each of these narrators.  If you enjoy the “why choose” trope, are open to a new genre, or you enjoy stories by Lauren Blakely then you will enjoy Well and Truly Pucked!
