THIS BOOK!!! I don’t even know where to begin but I loved it to much! This book picks up with another Fox brother, Finneas. If you loved Cash Fox just wait for Finn, because I knew he was going to be hot but he exceeded my expectations.
Finn is violent and strong but broken at the same time. Effie is strong but vulnerable. These two used to be close friends but then because of their families became enemies and would later on become lovers. I loved seeing these two go through the different aspects of their relationship.
Finn and Effie are made for each other. It warmed my heart seeing these two find each other after everything that they went through together and apart. The banter between these two was everything.
Once again, Summer delivered an amazing mafia book with two badass characters.

I’d give it a 3.5. I liked the couple but I didn’t love them. Nothing really grabbed me about this book but it was a fun and quick read

This book is a goddamn rollercoaster! I loved it I hated it I wanted more but somehow I couldn’t put it down.

Finn was just so casual with how he handled almost every situation, he is absolutely insane but he doesn’t fear death and all he cared about was honesty and loyalty.
Effie is such a strong woman, I felt so bad for her throughout the book, she was just doing what she had to, to not disappoint her father and boy do I understand what that’s like. But she came out on top and I love that.
The spice was top tier and the pet names 🥹 Princess will forever make my knees weak, every. single. time and can we talk about.. “My wife” yes PLEASE. 😍

the start was slow but it really picked up after like 25%! i love unhinged characters!!! and boy were they both absolutely batshit
