I would give it a million stars if I could!

The parables were not only inspiring and instructional but fun to read. My favorite part would have to be the last chapter about making work your best friend. For the past few weeks, I have been hating my job and unappreciative of it. After reading about Sharru Nada, I have come to see my job in a new light. The account of the camel trader is still very relevant today as well—practical and easy enough to follow.

I would highly suggest this book to every young adult who is starting out on their careers and building financial independence. Who would have thought that principles that were in effect thousands of years ago can still prove to be empowering in the present day?

Explores similar ideas to think and grow rich, yet presents them in a more condensed and palatable way.
Also has an edgy saying “Pay yourself first”, which basically tells you to save money but wabedidabadoo

Absolutely loved this book.

Short stories from years ago, with financial advice and wisdom within. It's interesting to read that a number of financial strategies I've learnt about and used from more modern books, have evolved from this book written over 100 years ago.

Men of action are favored by the Goddess of good luck.
