I thought this book was very fast paced, which I really enjoy.

I thought the ending was a bit shit, I just thought it felt rushed, the author quickly needed a nice happy ending I would have liked it to be open ended for another one or a bit more detailed 
I did really like castor and lores characters though

My rating – Four Stars.
wasn't sure if I going to like is book because only see and heard negative about is book but surprisingly, I really enjoyed. I think people who like threads that bind by Kika Hatzopoulou or wonder woman by Leigh Bardugo may like is book may like is book. The cover of book was simple but stunning. The writing was okay, and the writing was easy to follow also the ending was well done.

This book reminds me of the video game Stray Gods, and the author did a wonderful job weaving Greek mythology into the plot. Both the world building and magic system was well done. The paced of plot was slow but well structured and steady paced. I like the characters, and I found most of them well written

Gosh was this book so great I was in and out of love of it a few times but honestly it was perfect. Bracken always knows how to write the best characters and idk how she managed to make me fall in love in just one book but she did and it was glorious and beautiful and violent and so much greekness that my little Greek geek heart almost exploded. Such a darn good book. Yassssss
