This felt like a Stephanie Plum copycat, and a poor one at that. There was some funny parts, but overall it was just ok. The editing in this book was pretty bad too.

This is such a great series. I just love the fun characters and the fun that Addison seems to find herself. Keep writing!!! Love them!

I really enjoyed this book more than I thought I would, and I loved how it ran the gamut of genres, romance, mystery, humorous. This was very fun book.

I don't think I'm in the target audience for this book. And just when I was thinking seriously about putting it into my d.n.f. list, the protagonist put on a Savannah Sand Gnats baseball cap, so I decided to stick with it.

Pretty good read, but probably not good enough for me to read others in the series.

This book was an easy read that lies somewhere between a coy mystery and a simple mystery MPG. It has the most accident prone, unthinking assistant to a detective ever portrayed in fiction and the romantic interest felt a little unreal. There are several books in the series and belongs to a series i would read again if it fit a particular challenge but it isnt highest on my list.

Boy, oh, boy did I laugh while reading this one. Poor Addison has bad luck as her middle name. With all her crazy problems, I couldn't help but giggle as things kept getting worse and worse for her. We have a school teacher moonlighting as a stripper and then she decides she wants to be a detective. If she didn't have bad luck, she wouldn't have any luck at all. Then we have yummy Detective Nick Dempsey. Hello!!! Hot guy with badge! He is a thorn in Addison's side but puts a flutter in her tummy. Addison is a magnet for trouble and she made me laugh through this entire book. I really enjoy the books Liliana writes and the Whiskey Series is definately my favorite.
