5 Stars. WOW. Holy Sh*t. Newman is 3 books into a career that is going to be remarkable. This book will make you stand up and cheer one minute and rip your heart out the next. The people in this book are everything Americans are supposed to be. Now, especially yesterday, people in this country could learn a thing or two about working for the greater good, sacrificing for others and being heroes, being good neighbors.

Ms. Newman. I’m excited to see the first two on screen. This one should make it there too. All that aside, when will the next one be ready?

Read T.J. Newman people!

I absolutely loved TJ Newman's first two books. This book did not stand up to the perfection of them. There were too many characters and it was difficult to form a connection with any of them. There were too many storylines going on as well. I also did not care for the nuclear power plant setting. I feel like this book could have been better for me personally in a book format instead of an audiobook.

Thanks to NetGalley and Little, Brown and Co for the advanced digital copy of the audiobook. The publishing date is August 13, 2024.

i know this book is called worst case scenario but there comes a point where having the worst thing happen in every single situation gets old i fear...it felt like most of these were done for shock value. i didn't care about any of the characters either, of which there were too many to keep track of, except for connor bc who wouldn't care about a kid trapped in a burning van dangling above the mississippi? anyway i did enjoy learning things about nuclear power plants at least!

I really liked this fast paced thriller. What I didn’t care for was trying to keep track of all of the characters. Despite that, it was hard to put down.

This author writes intense thrillers. This was no exception. Interesting concept.
