This third novel by TJ Newman was just as enjoyable as the first two, and I think that’s definitely something to be celebrated. Newman has a way of creating not only characters, but story’s that pull you in quick and hold you captivated until the very end and this novel was no different. It started off quickly and I felt that the story didn’t let up until the very last page. It was exciting, suspenseful, heartwarming, sad, and hopeful all in one. I also have to hand it to the author because she always seems to have done her homework and presents details that are very well researched, but easy for her audience to understand. A really fun read!

I really enjoyed the other two books by Ms Newman, so immediately wanted to read this one when it came out. Unfortunately this topic was a little less interesting for me. Thankfully the characters were still well developed and I did care about them and the book was full of action! I think I enjoyed the last 10% of the book the most, and am glad I read it.
