This is definitely the softest, sweetest book in the series, and I loved it! Frank deserves good things and I'm so glad he got his HEA with Ezra! I liked how Ezra got time and space to work on his mental health and happiness, to find a new path in life, and started learning to see the true value in people and relationships. I liked all the appearances from Jag! All the characters from the previous books seamlessly flow into this story, and bring their unique perspectives and advice as Ezra and Frank adjust to their new life. So much good chemistry and spicy scenes in this book! I love that Frank is a big, soft service top who loves to dote on Ezra. Size difference, age gap, some bondage, and lots of worship!

Dark(?) romance between and ice prince and a gentle giant.
Yes, there might be some gore and violence but I wouldn’t really think of this as a dark romance.
Frank is way sweeter than I was expecting, comunicative about his feelings, respective and refreshingly honest — loved the contrast of his side business with how earnest and caring he was with Ezra. He has a rough exterior but was really just a gooey marshmallow on the inside.
Still think I enjoyed Dex’s book a little more, but Grind was greatly enjoyable and fun to read.
CW and tropes(spoilers):
- Size difference
- Escort MC
- Age gap
- Protective MC
- Domestic violence
- Mentions of fatphobia and eating disorders
- Strict top/bottom
- Toys
- Bondage
His lips were a drug, and Frank wasn’t looking forward to the detox, so he’d gorge on them one last time.

A solid book. A bit of a lot of tropes woven together. Well executed. I really enjoyed this. The plot is excellent and the characters have a lot of depth. There wasn't much need for suspension of disbelief. And the supporting cast is great because we met them in the previous books. A really solid book.
A couple things in this one runbed me the wrong way, but overall it was okay.

First of all, I would like to thank GRR for the opportunity to read and review this ARC.
i am 100% in love with this book. granted, i've not read the others in this series, but this installment was pretty much everything i wanted in a merikan title and i could not be happier. i'm still feeling a bit mushy, because of this not-so-dark romance for sure, but also there's just something about reading these ladies that really feels like "coming home" for me. this book was like comfort food and a snuggle and weirdly soothing in a sentimental/nostalgic way that i didn't even realize i needed!

so what can i say about frank that isn't ott melty, swoony, butterflies for this lovable teddy bear soft bae? ok well that pretty much sums that up lol. BUT ALSO frankie kicks ass AND keeps beauty-ezra safe by being a fuckton of ferocious man in beastmode!!! my gawd hi you can swoop in and lift shit and save my life anytime frankie love ❤️

This one was a little too light and sweet for me. Barely any action. Frank was a marshmallow.
While I did enjoy going back to this series I do think this book was too long.
I really like Frank and honestly I could take or leave Ezra because I'm not a fan of vanity. I did like them together and they complemented each other well, but I did find myself skipping their sex scenes after the first few because they were never ending!
Jag is always enjoyable to read about and it was good to see where the other couples are at in their relationships too.

You give me a protective gentle giant and I'm in love. This book has soooo many of my favorite things. Ezra and Frank are amazing and exactly what the other needs even if Frank is a little blind to it initially. Go ahead and read this book.
