This book is for the overworked who are searching for some spiritual renewal. Easy read, Shauna Niequist writes well. Even if you are not a Christian in any way, you will still get something from her words about taking care of yourself, finding you purpose, and putting your priorities in the order.

This book came at a time in my life when I was killing myself to prove my worth everyday. My relationships were suffering and this book gave me hope that I can change things and get back to a life that I love.

I read a little less than half. I didn't realize going into it how heavy it was on religion and felt I couldn't take the lessons away from it that I wanted without being more religious. If you have faith, I think it is probably very good.
